'n' easy vegan cooking

6 or 8 shop bought vegan sausages (or make your own with sosmix)
4 medium tomatoes (halved)
1 medium onion (chopped into thin rings and dusted with flour)
1/2 pound button mushrooms (sliced)
1 can baked beans (any brand except HP, which contains milk)
4 thin strips of thawed tempeh or Cheatin' vegan bacon rashers
4 small potatoes (diced)
Any brand of vegan margarine
Melt a knob of marge in a frying pan, then add potatoes and onion and fry gently
for about five minutes.
2.) Put sausages under grill (medium heat).
3.) in another pan, fry mushrooms and tempeh/rashers medium heat.
4.) After another few minutes, add tomatoes to onions and potatoes.
5.) Keep an eye on everything, turning as necessary. Heat beans.
6.) When potatoes and onion have been cooking about 20 mins, everything should be done. Cook longer if preferred.
Serve with lashings of vinegar and brown sauce. Goes well with Eggy Bread.
